Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt/delivery. This service is subject to our standard product warranty policy.
To return an item, please visit our Returns Portal.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be allowed (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged due to no fault of ours, or missing parts.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Cat Food/Treats Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction and guarantee a refund on your first cat food/treat order within 30 days of purchase. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Please note that due to safety and sanitation issues with our food/treat products, we do not accept returns on any orders after the initial purchase. This policy is designed to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for your pet.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to let you know. We'll also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process. If you've completed all necessary steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at Support@mhylgs.com.
Special Offers (if applicable)
Clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for an identical item, please email Support@mhylgs.com.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return amount. After we receive your return, we'll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we'll issue a refund to the gift-giver, who will then be notified of your return.
Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
